Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Lamb and Flag TopCo Corp, doing business as AtlanticM&A ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to ensuring that the AtlanticM&A platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard across all areas of our application.

Standard and Scope

This statement applies to the AtlanticM&A web application at atlanticma.ai, including all project management, reporting, and collaboration features. Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which is the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility and satisfies the requirements of:

What We Have Done

We have implemented a comprehensive set of accessibility features across the platform:

Navigation and Structure

Keyboard Accessibility

Screen Reader Support

Visual Accessibility

Forms and Input

Internationalisation

Neurodivergent & Cognitive Accessibility

We recognise that accessibility extends beyond visual and motor needs. The platform includes features specifically designed to support neurodivergent users, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences:

Focus Mode

A distraction-free mode that hides the sidebar navigation and top bar, leaving only the main content area visible. This reduces visual clutter and cognitive load, making it easier to concentrate on the task at hand. Focus Mode can be toggled from the top navigation bar or from the Accessibility settings panel.

Reading Preferences

Customisable text display settings allow users to adjust:

Plain Language AI

When enabled, AI-generated reports, summaries, and suggestions use simpler vocabulary, shorter sentences, and clearer structure — targeting a Flesch-Kincaid reading grade of 8 or below. Technical jargon is replaced with plain alternatives, and complex information is broken into bullet points. This benefits neurodivergent users, non-native English speakers, and anyone who prefers straightforward communication.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time effort. We regularly audit the platform against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, incorporate accessibility into our development workflow, and address reported issues as a priority. Our goal is to ensure that every user, regardless of ability, can effectively use the AtlanticM&A platform to manage their post-merger integration or transformation programme.
